Blade Consistency — EDCO blades start with a consistent steel core which then has laser-welded diamond segments added to it. All EDCO segments contain the same amount of diamond content evenly distributed through each diamond segment. Precise calculations are taken and blade bonds are able to be duplicated time after time.

Consistent Diamond Depth — All EDCO diamond blades have a complete 1/4” of diamond depth. Segments heights change depending on backing plates, but EDCO’s diamond depth will always remain the same.

Laser Welded Segments — EDCO blades have laser welded segments instead of brazed segments which creates the strongest bond possible.

Machine Spec Tensioning — EDCO blades are tensioned specific to each blade size by evenly distributing and balancing the steel throughout the entire blade. All blades are pre-run and tested to meet the correct machine RPM speeds.
